Michelle Durickas

Michelle Durickas has extensive experience in operations and strategy within the fundraising sector, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at CCS Fundraising since July 2017, with a progression through various operational roles including Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Prior to CCS Fundraising, Michelle held positions such as Domestic Adoptive Parent Liaison at the Alliance for Children and Clinical Social Work Intern at Wayside Youth & Family Support Network. Early career roles included Project Tracking Specialist at Wayfair and Manager, Director of Sales at Thanda Zulu. Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Simmons University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Providence College.
