Michael Hendrickson

Michael Hendrickson currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at CCS Medical, where responsibilities include maximizing enterprise value through a focus on people, processes, and technology, particularly utilizing GenAI and Predictive Analytics. Previously, Michael held the position of Director of Hub Services at Triplefin, overseeing the call center support department, and served as General Manager of the Medicare Part B Support Center at Walgreens, leading a team of 220 and managing operational efficiencies and revenue growth. Earlier experience includes a role as Director of Business Development/Sales at AOM HealthCare Solutions, where project management and process improvement were key focuses, and as a Database Administrator at Cross Country TravCorps, responsible for managing SQL database architecture. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University.
