Karthik Vijayakumar

Karthik Vijayakumar has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Karthik started their career as a Support Engineer at Wipro Infotech Ltd, where they were responsible for providing technical support on server administration. Karthik then moved on to Maintec Technologies, where they worked as a Technical Support Engineer, providing exceptional technical support to a telecom client.

After that, Karthik joined Microland Limited as a Service Delivery Lead, where they led the transition of key monitoring and support areas for a global automobile manufacturer. Karthik also set up a team to deliver end-to-end monitoring and support for the network and security infrastructure.

Following this, Karthik worked at Netcon Technologies India Private Limited as a Project Manager Technical Support. In this role, they managed a team of support engineers and subject matter experts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional technical support to clients across IT infrastructure.

Currently, Karthik is working at CCS Technologies Pvt. Ltd as the Head of Cloud & Infrastructure Services. Karthik is a Cloud Solution Architect with extensive experience on AWS and Azure. Karthik specializes in designing, deploying, and managing complex cloud solutions and develops cloud strategies that align with business objectives.

Karthik Vijayakumar obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from IU International University of Applied Sciences during the period of 2021 to 2023. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree at Tamilnadu University from 2007 to 2010. Additionally, Karthik has obtained several certifications including "DevOps Foundations: Transforming the Enterprise" from LinkedIn in 2022, "AWS - Cloud Solutions Architect" from Amazon Web Services in 2018, "ITIL Intermediate Service Operations" from EXIN in 2013, and "ITIL V3 Foundation" from EXIN in 2011.
