Reginaldo Capoano

Reginaldo Capoano has extensive experience in engineering and operations management. Currently serving as Gerente de Engenharia at CCS Tecnologia e Serviços S.A. since January 2021, Reginaldo previously held significant roles such as Diretor de Operações and Plant Manager at Agroleite Cabinas e Vidros, where oversight of multidisciplinary teams and various operational areas was crucial. At IES do Brasil, Reginaldo contributed as Gerente de Engenharia and Gerente de Projetos, managing product development teams and strategic projects for clients like Caterpillar and John Deere, with notable achievements in launching new products and cost reduction initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Mini MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a Master’s in Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, and an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, among others.
