Elaine Bouchard

Elaine Bouchard, PMP, is a Systems Development Specialist IV at the Community College System of New Hampshire since October 2022, with previous experience as a Sr Application Administrator at Southern New Hampshire University, a Business & Enterprise Applications Operations and Support Manager at the University System of New Hampshire, and a Student Enterprise Systems Specialist at Plymouth State University. Bouchard possesses a strong background in project management, IT project and portfolio management, and operational applications upgrades, utilizing Agile and Hybrid methods to facilitate communication and project transparency. Prior roles also include personal training and fitness management at Laconia Athletic and Swim Club, as well as software programming and research analysis for the State of New Hampshire. Educational qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from New Hampshire College and ongoing pursuit of a Master of Science in Information Technology at Southern New Hampshire University along with a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from the University of New Hampshire.
