Florence Chongyang Zhao

Florence Chongyang ZHAO currently serves as the Head of the London Office (EMEA) and Senior Business Development Manager at CCTV+, a role held since October 2017, focusing on partnership management and business strategies for the Belt and Road News Alliance and Africa Link Union. Prior to this, Florence was an Associate Executive at Edelman from April to October 2017, where responsibilities included client management, media relationship maintenance, and third-party management. Earlier, as Country Manager and Community Manager at Travelkiosk from January to September 2016, Florence analyzed the Chinese hospitality market, developed commercial approaches, and established numerous partnerships. Academic qualifications include a Master 2 in Création et développement des entreprises patrimoniales from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, a MASTER 1 in Management des projets internationaux from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, and a Bachelor’s degree in East Asian languages, literatures, and linguistics from Université Sorbonne Nouvelle.
