Thomas Punshon is a skilled commercial manager with extensive experience in quantity surveying and construction law. Currently serving as Commercial Manager at CD Engineering Services Limited since September 2022, Thomas previously held the same title at Mace from October 2020 to September 2022. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Quantity Surveyor at Imtech and Laing O'Rourke, contributing to significant projects such as the £28 million YSPB Bespoke PFI involving the construction of seven new build schools and the £25 million YSPB Facilities Management Contract.
