Tom Hendon is an experienced leader in industrial maintenance and military operations, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and General Contractor at C&D Industrial Maintenance since January 2019. Under Tom's leadership, C&D Industrial Maintenance has established itself as a trusted partner in maintenance services and sales distribution throughout the Eastern United States, focusing on industrial maintenance as a licensed and bonded Certified General Contractor. Prior to this role, Tom held positions such as Strategic Planning Analyst at Strategic Alliance Business Group and served in various capacities in the United States Army, including Chemical/Public Affairs Enlisted Branch SGM and CBRNE SGM. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from American Military University and is an alumnus of the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy.

C&D Industrial Maintenance was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Bradenton Florida with service technicians throughout the southeastern US. We are an owner-operated organization and pride ourselves on our self-delivery of services. In our short history, we have grown to over fifty (50) employees and have partnered with some of the nation’s largest retailers, supply chain & industrial warehouses, industry partners and manufacturers to provide our services. C&D Industrial Maintenance is a self-performing, licensed and Certified General Contractor. We specialize in the repair, service, sales, and installation of Commercial Doors (any type of door system), Loading Dock Equipment, Hurricane & Security Shutters, Automatic Gate Systems, and Waste Equipment (Compactors & Balers). Our Field Support Team drives fully stocked service vehicles placed throughout our operating area that remain ready to respond to your repair, service, installation and/or periodic maintenance needs. We also maintain an in-house, on-call staff 24/7 to assist with your Maintenance emergencies. The company is an International Door and Education Association (IDEA) accredited dealer. In 2024, the International Door Association (IDA) ranked C&D Industrial Maintenance the 7’th largest Commercial Door Dealer in the United States. We maintain certifications with the American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers (AAADM) and the Accreditation & Certification Institution (ACI) for Gate Automation Design.
