Emma Ewusi Mukoko

Emma Ewusi Mukoko, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and immigration law. Currently serving as Compliance Project Manager and formerly as Compliance Associate at C&D Technologies since March 2020, Mukoko has also held the position of Compliance Specialist at Kroll Legal Discovery LLC from February 2019 to March 2020. Prior to this, Mukoko practiced as an Immigration Attorney at Emma Ewusi, PLLC from September 2016 to February 2019. Early career experiences include working as a Student Law Clerk at the 30th Circuit Court and as a Legal Assistant Paralegal at the Law Offices of Joel Liberman. Mukoko holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Cooley Law School, a Corporate Law Certificate in Regulatory Analysis & Compliance from Delaware Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Purchase College, SUNY, and an Associate's degree in Legal Assistant/Paralegal from Rockland Community College.
