Eric Lehmann has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Eric started their career as an Architectural Intern at James Wentling Architects, where they created architectural drawing packages and maintained the office network. Eric then worked as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at Bruce E. Brooks & Associates, where they focused on sizing and layout drawings of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in commercial buildings.

Lehmann later joined Sears Holdings Corporation, first as a Commission Sales representative before transitioning to roles as an Automotive Service Writer/Customer Service Manager and an Automotive Maintenance Technician. In these positions, they performed routine maintenance, conducted basic to intermediate diagnostics and troubleshooting, helped customers select maintenance services and automotive parts, and facilitated communication between technicians and customers. Eric also played a key role in growing commercial/fleet vehicle services.

Currently, Lehmann is working at C&D Technologies, serving in various roles. Eric started as an Associate Product Manager, where they coordinated efforts across departments to ensure successful product development and launches. Eric also acted as a technical reference for the sales team. Eric then became the Product Manager for Uninterruptible Power Supply, responsible for managing this product line. Subsequently, they held the position of Director of Project Engineering & Execution, overseeing project management and execution. Presently, they serve as the Director of Quality Services.
