Heather Lupinetti

Heather Lupinetti, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at CDAC Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. since July 2023 and has held a role as an Adjunct Instructor in the School of Business Management at Florida SouthWestern State College since January 2013. Prior to their current position, Heather worked as the Human Resources Director at ProMedica from August 2022 to June 2023 and served in various roles at Charlotte County Sheriff's Office, including HR Supervisor and HR Specialist, from 2003 to September 2022. Heather holds a degree in Management/Human Resources from Hodges University and a Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from International College, both obtained between 2009 and 2012.
