Clare Schneider

Clare Schneider is an accomplished technical writing and user enablement professional with extensive experience in the software industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Technical Writing at CData Software since January 2023, Clare previously held the position of Director of User Enablement at insightsoftware and Magnitude Software, where responsibilities included enhancing user experience and documentation across various software solutions. Prior to these roles, Clare managed customer education at Kalido and worked as a freelance technical writer. With a career that began in the late 1980s, Clare has worked in various capacities, including training staff at Kennolyn Camps and managing client relations at Blackbaud. Clare holds a BA in Archaeology from Wesleyan University and an MA in English from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
