Judy Monroe has held various leadership positions in the healthcare industry over the years. Judy has served as the President and CEO of CDC Foundation, Deputy Director for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support at Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, State Health Commissioner for the State of Indiana, and Director of Family Medicine Residency at St.Vincent Health. Additionally, Judy has served as the Past President of the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials and Clinical Director in the Department of Family Medicine at Indiana University. Judy has a background in medicine and has received degrees from various institutions such as Harvard Kennedy School, University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, and University of Maryland School of Medicine.

The CDC Foundation managed hundreds of programs in the United States and in more than 90 countries last year.
