Sara Iguodala

Sara Iguodala, MPH, currently serves as the Strategy Initiatives Lead at the CDC Foundation, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Sara held various roles at The Centers from February 2021 to November 2024, including Associate Director of Data Analytics and Manager of Healthcare Analytics. Prior experience includes a tenure at the Louisiana Department of Health as Workforce Development Manager and Emergency Management Coordinator, where responsibilities involved emergency preparedness and response coordination. Sara's formative experience includes roles at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine as a Graduate Research Assistant and Research Assistant/Medical Technician, among others. Sara's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Public Health from Tulane University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
