Andre Berro

Andre Berro, MPH, CPH, SCPM, serves as the Informatics Team Lead at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since May 2005, overseeing the Informatics Team within the Division of STD Prevention's Surveillance and Data Science Branch. Previous roles include managing public health preparedness and response activities at U.S. ports of entry, developing communicable disease emergency plans, and responding to pre-arrival notifications about ill passengers. Earlier experience includes serving as a Public Health Specialist Contractor for the CDC, analyzing asthma hospitalization trends, and supervising operations at LSG Sky Chefs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Health in International Health from the University of Michigan and a Certificate in Project Management from Stanford University.
