Bob Randolph

NIOSH Mining Program Shared Services Director

Bob Randolph created connections to effective health and safety solutions throughout their career. They served as the NIOSH Mining Program Shared Services Director at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2022 and held various leadership roles at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) from 2013 to 2020, including Branch Chief for Health Communications, Surveillance, and Research Support. Bob has been an Executive Committee Member of the Joseph A. Holmes Safety Association since 1996 and was its President from 2018 to 2019. They began their career as a Program Evaluator at the Learning Research and Development Center from 1983 to 1985. Bob earned a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior and Theory from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
