Jeff Lobaugh has over two decades of experience in information technology, currently serving as an Information Technology Advisor and Executive at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since March 2003. In this role, Jeff provides executive-level IT guidance and support for CDC initiatives in West, Central, and Far East Asia. Prior to this, Jeff worked as a Network Engineer at CDC, overseeing project management for network operations and handling network design and troubleshooting. Jeff began his career as a Systems Engineer at Pond & Company from 1999 to 2003, where responsibilities included network and systems architecture, customer support, and leading projects focused on systems upgrades and cold room design. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Pastoral Studies from Lee University.
