John Whitehill

John Whitehill, Jr. possesses extensive experience in public health evaluation and chronic disease management. As a Health Program Specialist 2 at the State of Nevada Health Division, John managed surveillance and evaluation projects for chronic disease programs. John's tenure at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention included roles as an Evaluation Fellow and Health Scientist, where leadership was provided in evaluation projects and multi-level national evaluations. John also served as a lecturer at the University of Nevada Reno, teaching various public health courses while developing curricula focused on disease prevention. Additional roles included advising public health coalitions and conducting applied research within the Nevada Department of Personnel, emphasizing epidemiology and program effectiveness.
