Krittika Krishnan is a Bioinformatician currently contracted by ASRT Inc at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, providing support to the Enteric Diseases Laboratory Branch and focusing on the PulseNet USA molecular surveillance network. Krittika has previous experience as an ORISE Fellow in Bioinformatics, where responsibilities included developing training materials and delivering bioinformatics tutorials. Earlier, Krittika served as a Bioinformatics data analyst in Dr. Elizabeth Cooper's Lab at UNC Charlotte, working on the identification of structural variants and SNPs in the Sorghum genome. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and another Master of Science in Bioinformatics from GN Khalsa College Mumbai. Krittika also holds a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from St. Xavier's College.
