Phylicia Stewart, MPH, currently serves as a Senior Technical Advisor at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since November 2020. Stewart has extensive experience in public health, having held positions such as Public Health Analyst and Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia State University, where involvement includes leadership as President of the Public Health Graduate Student Association and work as a Group Fitness Instructor. Additional experience includes serving as a Campus Tour Guide at the Georgia State University Welcome Center and as a Project Intern at Positive Impact Health Centers. Stewart holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Georgia State University.
