Roger Harlan

Roger Harlan serves as an Emergency Management Specialist and Knowledge Management Team Lead at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention since July 2004, focusing on the collection, management, analysis, distribution, and visualization of information for agency leadership during public health events. Prior to this role, Roger worked as an Emergency Communications Specialist at the Georgia Emergency Management Agency from October 2003 to July 2004, contributing to the State Emergency Operations Center. Roger holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, obtained between 1991 and 1995.
