Andy Frank has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Andy is currently working at ConstructConnect as the Vice President of Sales Enablement, where they are responsible for managing functions essential to sales productivity and effectiveness. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director of Sales Enablement at the same company, where they led a team and supported customer-facing roles in various industries. Before joining ConstructConnect, Andy worked at Cincinnati Bell in several training management positions and also served as an Account Manager. Andy started their career at AHS, Inc. as an Account Manager. Overall, Andy Frank has developed expertise in sales enablement and training management throughout their career.

Andy Frank attended Covington Catholic High School from 1998 to 2001. Andy then pursued a Bachelors degree in Communications/English at the University of Kentucky from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Andy obtained several certifications including the ConstructConnect Product Certification, Frontline Manager Certification from Gong, Leadership Learning Pathway from ConstructConnect, Shane Snow on Storytelling from LinkedIn, Flipped Classroom from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), Leadership Foundation Certification from Xavier University, and Train the Trainer Certification from Xavier University.
