Melanie Dow is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at ConstructConnect since July 2018, where previous roles included Talent Acquisition Manager and Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant. Prior to this, Melanie worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services from June 2016 to July 2018. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, Marketing, and Management from Miami University, where Melanie studied from 2012 to 2016 and also participated in an internship and research project related to European health during a semester at the Miami University John E. Dolibois European Center.
