Mike Dichiara

Mike DiChiara has a diverse work experience in finance and audit roles. Mike started their career at GE in 2013, participating in the Financial Management Program (FMP) for two years. The FMP provided him with a strong foundation in various aspects of business, including accounting, operations, controllership, and business strategy. After completing the FMP, Mike joined the Corporate Audit Staff (CAS) at GE, where they held positions of increasing responsibility, including Associate and Manager. In the CAS role, they conducted comprehensive reviews of GE businesses, focusing on financial reporting, risk management, compliance, and acquisition integrations/dispositions.

In 2018, Mike transitioned to the company ConstructConnect, where they have been focused on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Mike started as the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and eventually advanced to the role of Senior Director. Currently, Mike serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at ConstructConnect, where they continue to lead financial analysis and strategic planning initiatives.

Mike DiChiara earned a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Economics & Management from Cornell University in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Buckingham Browne & Nichols School from 2006 to 2009.
