Richard Dammkoehler

Richard Dammkoehler has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Richard started their career in 2000 as a Senior Software Engineer at Versata, where they developed integration solutions for customers. From 2001 to 2003, they served as a Chief Architect at Fidelity National Information Services, implementing a Service Oriented Architecture and Component Based framework.

Between 2003 and 2006, Richard worked as the Chief Technology Officer at General Transformation Inc, managing technology selection and deployment of production systems. Richard then became the owner and CEO of Iron Moose Software from 2007 to 2011, where they attempted to develop a revolutionary software technology to streamline the development of business applications.

In 2011, Richard joined Eris Exchange, LLC as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for developing integration and reporting systems. From 2017 to 2019, they served as the Chief Technology Officer at XDS, a provider of analytic solutions for financial compliance. In 2019, Richard became the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of Greenest Grow, LLC, a company focused on intelligent automation and management solutions for horticultural operations.

Currently, Richard holds the position of Vice President of Enterprise Architecture at ConstructConnect, starting in 2022. Throughout their career, they have worked in various industries including telecommunications, insurance, publishing, and finance. Richard emphasizes the development of scalable and reliable software systems as their primary focus.

Richard Dammkoehler attended Ripon College from 1988 to 1993, where they obtained a BA degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, they attended Whitfield College Prep from 1984 to 1988, although no degree was mentioned. In terms of certifications, Richard obtained certifications such as Open Water Diver from PADI and Emergency First Responder, Instructor from ILCOR in 2016.
