April Smith

April Smith is a seasoned finance professional with 25 years of experience, currently serving as a 504 Closing Manager at CDC Small Business Finance, a top SBA 504 lender in the nation. Since joining in June 2001, April has developed extensive expertise in the SBA 504 closing process, managing a client pipeline of over 100 clients and collaborating with NADCO and SBA partners.
