Ellis Carr

Ellis Carr is currently the President & CEO at CDC Small Business Finance. Prior to this, they were the Director of Finance at Freddie Mac from December 2002 to July 2012. Before that, they were a Bank Associate Officer at Deutsche Banc International Ireland from January 2001 to December 2002. Ellis's first job out of college was as a Senior Fixed Income Analyst at Deutsche Bank Alex Brown from January 1998 to December 2001.

Ellis Carr has a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University. Ellis also attended Springbrook High School.
