Ken Rosenthal has over three decades of experience in the SBA 504 lending industry, currently serving as National Wholesale SBA 504 1st Mortgages with CDC Capital Markets and as a Senior Advisor at Momentus Direct Capital. In these roles, Ken Rosenthal collaborates with a variety of banks, non-bank lenders, brokers, and the small business lending community to facilitate 504 loans nationwide. Additionally, Ken Rosenthal has worked as a Senior Loan Officer at CDC Small Business Finance since 1991, specializing in helping small businesses acquire real estate in California, Arizona, and Nevada.
