Kurt Chilcott

Kurt Chilcott has had a long and successful career in economic development. Kurt began their career with the City of San Diego, where they served as Manager of Community and Economic Development. In this role, they were responsible for leading the city's economic development efforts. Kurt then moved on to the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, where they served as a member. After that, they became Chair of CDC Small Business Finance. In this role, they are responsible for leading the organization's efforts to provide financing to small businesses.

Kurt Chilcott has a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Anthropology from Harvard University and a Masters in Public Policy with a focus on Economic Development from the University of California, Berkeley. Kurt is also certified in Economic Development from the International Economic Development Council.
