Lauren Moser Counts, CFA has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and social impact sectors. Lauren Moser began their career at ShoreBank International in 1997, where they served as Vice President for 16 years. In 2013, they joined Enclude as the Director of the Inclusive Finance practice, leading a team and implementing access to finance programs globally. In 2014, Lauren transitioned to Capital Impact Partners, initially as the Senior Director of Strategy, Innovation, and Impact Management. In this role, they developed new products and strategies to generate positive social impact and business value. Later, they became the Senior Director and Head of National Programs, leading a national team focused on improving livelihoods and addressing disparities in health and wealth across the United States. During their time at Capital Impact Partners, they also served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at ROC USA, LLC and as a Member of the Board of Directors at Grounded Solutions Network. Lauren's expertise and leadership have positively impacted organizations and communities both locally and globally.

Lauren Moser Counts, CFA, holds a BA degree in Soviet Area Studies from Barnard College. Lauren Moser furthered their education by pursuing an MA degree in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies from Georgetown University. In addition, they are a certified Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) obtained from the CFA Institute.
