Penny Garton

Penny Garton brings over 33 years of experience in commercial lending, including 18 years in management. Currently serving as a Loan Officer at CDC Small Business Finance since October 2021, Penny utilizes extensive skills to support small businesses as part of one of the nation's largest SBA Community Advantage lenders. Previous roles include Business Banking Manager at Westamerica Bank from April 2019 to October 2021, and serving as an SBA Officer and Business Banking Development Officer at Wells Fargo from May 2009 to April 2019. Penny has successfully trained numerous underwriting and sales teams throughout a distinguished career in the industry.
