Privott Sledge Stroman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive work experience in various human resources roles. Privott achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2009. Later, in December 2010, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Ingersoll Rand. Privott also earned the SHRM - SCP (Senior Certified Professional) certification from SHRM in April 2015. Furthermore, in March 2016, they achieved the Certified Power Executive (CPE) certification from the Tennessee Valley Public Power Association, Inc.
