Mehdi El Idrissi began their work experience in 2004 at Société Générale as a Chargé de Relation Clientèle Corporate. Mehdi then joined CDG Capital in 2007, working as Chargé de Relation Clientèle Grands Comptes & Institutionnels until 2011. Mehdi then became Chargé de Développement from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2021, they served as the Responsable Cash Management at CDG Capital. In 2021, they were promoted to Head of Experience Client at CDG Capital.

Mehdi El Idrissi pursued their education in the field of finance. Mehdi completed their Bachelor's degree in Finance from ENCG SETTAT in the years 2000 to 2004. Later, they attended Skema Business School (Ex ESC LILLE) from 2009 to 2010 and obtained their Master II degree in International Financial Management. In 2019, they enrolled in HEC Paris, where they completed an Executive Online Certificate in ICCF@ HEC Paris, specializing in Finance. Currently, Mehdi is pursuing an EsMBA degree at HEC Montréal, which is expected to be completed by 2022.
