Jerry (Jay) L. Ellington, P.E. is the President, Safety Officer and the Electric Utility Market Segment Leader at CDG. He has more than 25 years of experience providing electrical engineering to utility and mining companies for capital improvement, O&M projects, and equipment upgrades. He is a graduate of Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville with a degree in Electrical Engineering.
