James Wicmandy

James Wicmandy is an experienced professional in the field of industrial engineering and project management, currently serving on the ERP Implementation Team at CDI Products since February 2013, facilitating the transition from Global Shop to Oracle Fusion. Prior roles include Contract Administration Manager, overseeing contract review and estimating teams, and CDI Estimation Group Manager, where James excelled in creating quoting standards and managing Bill of Materials. Previous experience spans various positions at FAST Houston, Teledyne Geophysical Instruments, Igloo Products, and EGC Plastics, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing practices, and team leadership.
