Mike Hedger

Mike Hedger has a diverse work experience in various engineering and management roles. Mike is currently working at CDI Products as the Director of Engineering, where they lead and manages the company's engineering department. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategic Business Manager at CDI Energy Products, a subsidiary of Michelin, where they gained valuable experience in the design and manufacturing of high-performance products for various industries.

Before joining CDI Energy Products, Mike worked as an Account Manager at Odin Heavy Industries, where they developed and managed client relationships. Prior to that, they held two roles at EGC Critical Components, first as a Lead Applications Engineer and later as a Product Engineering Manager. In these positions, they managed engineering teams, facilitated internal engineering processes, and oversaw new product development projects.

Mike also has experience in leadership roles outside of their engineering career. Mike served as the President, President Elect, and Vice President of the South Texas Section of the Society of Plastics Engineers, where they guided board meetings, coordinated technical and social programs, and managed budgetary matters related to scholarships and student chapter funding.

Earlier in their career, Mike worked as a Product Development Engineer at EGC Critical Components, where they collaborated with customers to develop custom-designed sealing solutions and manufacturing processes.

Their work experience also includes a role as an Applications Engineer at Greene, Tweed & Company, where they designed seal assemblies and provided training to customers.
