Joseph Pagano is currently the Managing Director at CDI Services, where he partners in designing, building, and optimizing chat and voice solutions. Prior to this role, he was the Creative Director at Found About Media, the Head of Product at Marcus Technologies, the Product Director at Babylon Health, the VP of Product at Beneplace, LLC, the Senior Product Manager at SunPower Corporation, and the CEO/Product Lead at Immediatag. Joseph has a Certification in Conversation Design and Conversational Copywriter from Conversational Academy, an MBA in General Business Administration from Wisconsin School of Business, and a BA in English Literature from Northwestern University. During a brief hiatus in summer 2021, Joseph spent time regrouping, focusing on personal activities such as writing, reading, networking, and spending time with family.
