Xico Casillas worked as an Appeals Specialist at Tyson & Mendes from September 2017 to June 2022, then moved on to become a Founding Conversational AI Engineer at Ox from June 2022 to December 2023. Currently, Xico is a Dialogue Designer at PolyAI since December 2023. Prior to these roles, Xico was a Senior EnvoyNow Success Manager at EnvoyNow from August 2016 to January 2017. Xico holds a Master of Arts in Linguistics from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology & Geography from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
