Mohammed Arroud

Mohammed ARROUD is an experienced network security engineer currently working at Cdiscount since June 2023. Previously at Capgemini from November 2021 to April 2023, Mohammed managed and processed Level 2 and Level 3 incidents, handled proxy authorizations, administered firewalls and VPNs, and participated in network equipment deployments. Earlier experience includes roles as a network and telecom engineer at ALTEN, where Mohammed addressed customer complaints regarding ADSL/FTTH and associated services, and as a help desk technician at Free (SAS). Mohammed completed a master's degree in Systems and Networks at Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and holds an engineering diploma in Computer Networks and Security from IGA - Institut supérieur du Génie Appliqué. Additionally, training was received at Cisco Networking Academy.
