Melinda Bean

Melinda Bean currently serves as a Subject Matter Expert II in Momentum at CDIT LLC, a position held since December 2025. Prior to this role, Melinda was the Momentum Test Lead Quality Assurance at The Private Sector Group, LLC from September 2020 to December 2025, and held the position of Business Consultant/Tester at CGI Federal from October 2014 to September 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as a Business Analyst at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) and Information Reporting Specialist/Business Analyst at Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Mexico. Melinda's earlier career includes work as a Medical Record Examiner and Instructional Designer at CHRISTUS St. Vincent. Melinda holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology with a specialization in System Design and Programming from Capella University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
