Alfonso J. is a technology leader and electrical engineer with a specialization in telecommunications and a Master in Management of Communications and Information Systems. With over 13 years of experience, they have developed high-performance global teams and excelled in the design, implementation, and support of IP telephony and Unified Communications platforms, as well as Cisco-based IP networks. Currently a Manager of Collaboration Engineering at CDK Global, Alfonso has also served as Global Telecommunications Manager at HubSpot and Telecommunications Manager at Santander Bank, N.A.
