James O'Connor has extensive experience in inside sales and account management within the automotive and heavy-duty truck industries. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Account Executive at CDK Global since October 2014, James focuses on introducing CDK Drive Flex, the first cloud-based auto DMS, to existing automobile dealerships. Previously, James worked as an Inside Sales Specialist for heavy-duty truck dealerships across the U.S. and Canada. Prior to CDK Global, James held various sales roles at ADP, specializing in integrated computing solutions for automotive retailers, and at CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, where responsibilities included managing sales teams and developing customer relationships. James began a career at Citibank as a Personal Banker, establishing a foundation in retail banking. Academically, James holds an MBA in Selling Skills and Sales Operations from Capella University and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from Roosevelt University.
