Jeff Thayer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business systems analysis and technical support. Currently serving as the Lead Business Systems Analyst at CDK Global since October 2014, Jeff has also held positions as Manager of Technical Support and National Technical Support Engineer within the same company.
