Julie Wagner

Julie Wagner, CCBA, is a seasoned Lead Business Systems Analyst at Thomson Reuters with extensive experience in Agile methodologies, Salesforce, and SAP. Since November 2014, Julie has successfully led projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes, notably the retirement of a legacy Salesforce instance and the elicitation of over 300 system requirements across various roles. Previous positions include Senior Process Specialist and QA Engineer, where Julie demonstrated expertise in business analysis, process mapping, and quality assurance. A graduate of the University of Minnesota with a degree in Communication Studies, Julie has also contributed to diverse industries through roles in customer relations, media, and the military.
