Mike Morsch has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology industry. Mike started their career at Motorola in 1986, where they held positions as Director, Systems Manager, Project Manager, Senior Analyst, and Programmer Analyst until 2002. At Motorola Solutions, they served as the Senior Director of IT Director Supply Chain Systems from 2010 to 2014, responsible for IT services for the global supply chain organization. Mike also had a role as the Director of IT Supplier Management, IT Vendor Management, and Vendor Strategy from 2005 to 2010, leading a team responsible for strategic relationship management and supplier performance. In 2014, they worked at Ipsos as the Vice President of IT North America, managing the IT team and overseeing IT services and operations. Since 2014, they have been working at CDK Global, first as the Vice President of Global Procurement & Supply Chain, where they managed a significant budget, led a global team, and implemented a digital transformation in procurement and supply chain. Mike also served as the Executive Sponsor for the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program and led the company's merger and acquisition activities.

Mike Morsch holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications and awards, including being named a Supernova Hall of Fame Award Winner at the Future of Sourcing Awards in 2019. Mike is also a Certified Intelligent Automation Professional (CIAP) from SIG University and has served as a speaker at the SIG Global Executive Summit in 2018. Mike Morsch is currently a member of the Advisory Board at Sourcing Industry Group, where they obtained the SIG Advisory Board certification in May 2020.
