Dale Lindsay has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dale started their career as a Sales Rep at American Cyanamid in 1992 before moving on to become a District Manager at Eli Lilly and Company in 1998. Dale then worked as a Regional Manager at Guidant from 2005 to 2010. Dale then joined BIOTRONIK as a Regional Sales Director in 2010 and later transitioned to Abbott in the same role in 2016. In 2014, they joined Stryker as a Sales Manager for Joint Recon. Currently, Dale is the Vice President of Business Development at CDL Nuclear Technologies, a position they have held since 2022.

Dale Lindsay obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from St. John Fisher University, where they studied from 1987 to 1989.
