Pete Woods has a varied work experience spanning over two decades. Pete began their career as a Technical Advisor at Peoples Choice Insurance Services in 1995 and stayed there for five years. Pete then joined Groupama as a Personal Lines Schemes Underwriter for a short period in 2000. In 2001, they joined CDL as a Senior Product Development Manager and served in that role for twelve years. Following that, they worked at CDL (Cheshire Datasystems Ltd) as a Senior Client Implementation Manager from 2013 to 2018. Afterward, they joined Aquarium Software Limited as a Business Analyst, where they managed customer requirements and change requests for insurance software solutions. Currently, they are working at CDL Software as a Senior Client Implementation Manager, leading a team of software solution consultants and ensuring the successful implementation of applications and services. Throughout their career, Pete has demonstrated strong leadership skills, providing consultancy services and mentoring team members.
Pete Woods attended St.James' C of E Farnworth from 1987 to 1992, where they completed high school. After high school, Pete attended Bolton Metropolitan College, where they obtained a BTEC National degree in Business & Finance. In addition to their formal education, Pete also obtained a PRINCE2® Foundation Certification Training from QAIQ in 2008.
