Amit Kalamkar is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in leading quality initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Quality Manager at CDM Smith since September 2018, Amit has contributed to the strategic growth and transformation of the India global delivery operation. Previously, as Manager Quality at Stantec from April 2013 to September 2018, Amit was instrumental in defining operational strategies, developing project delivery processes, and establishing quality governance practices. Earlier in the career, Amit held the position of Assistant Manager Quality at Otis Elevator Company, overseeing quality assurance and control activities and implementing process improvements based on Lean Six Sigma principles.
