Shad Ali

Shad Ali is an accomplished engineering professional with substantial expertise in quality assurance and product development. Currently serving as the Deputy Manager of QA/QC at Thal Engineering since July 2019, Shad leads root cause analysis and oversees the scheduling of quality review meetings. Previously held roles include Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in Product Engineering and Development, focusing on HVAC systems and manufacturing feasibility studies. Prior experience at Hinopak Motors Limited involved developing specialized vehicles for the Pakistan Navy and implementing safety standards for fuel tankers. Shad's early career included quality management roles at Al-Karam Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. and an internship at Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Limited.
