Celeste Vences

Celeste Vences is a GIS Specialist with extensive experience in geographic information systems. Vences has been with CDM Smith since July 2022, and prior to that, worked at AECOM from July 2019 to July 2022 as a GIS Specialist. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a GIS Specialist at FEMA from 2017 to July 2019. Vences holds a degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
